   Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. This processing time is required to carefully create and prepare your custom order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Times
   Once your custom order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping carrier.

4. Tracking Information
   As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Delays
   While we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot control any delays that may occur once the package is with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
