Custom Orders
All products sold are custom-made to your specific requirements. We do not carry pre-made stock, and each item is created based on the details you provide at the time of your order. -
Payment
To begin processing your custom order, full payment is required upfront. Once payment is received, we will begin the creation process. No orders will be started or processed without full payment. -
Order Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided for your custom order, including sizes, colors, text, and design specifications, are accurate before submitting your order. Any changes to the order after submission may not be possible or may incur additional charges. -
No Cancellations or Modifications
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations and modifications cannot be made. Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed. -
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates based on the current workload and the complexity of your custom order. While we make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you of any significant delays as soon as possible. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may request images of the damage to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. If an item is determined to be defective, we will offer a resolution in accordance with our policies.
